Shipping Policy
Immediately an order is received and payment made either through bank transfer or debit/credit card option, we will begin to process the order. An email will automatically be sent to you informing you on the status of your order shipment.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds to customers when an item is damaged on receipt by the customer, when there are natural factors that causes us not to ship the item to buyers’ location or when the product is out of stock and has been paid for on backorder.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
An item can only be returned when on receipt was damaged. Otherwise no return of item after purchase.
